Supplementary services

Toll-related supplementary services performed by Toll Collect include fee-based services and compensation claims, for which Toll Collect will invoice the customer.

• Unlocking the OBU
• Issuing duplicate invoices

Services are subject to tax. You can find more details about this on your invoice.

• Loss or damage to the OBU
• Loss or damage to components, such as cables or antennas

Damage claims are tax exempt.

Toll-related supplementary services will be invoiced separately. You can download your invoice from the customer portal or receive it by post.

Invoicing is carried out using your selected payment method. If using the Toll Collect credit system, you will be informed of the bank details on the invoice.
